Acrux Aluminium is a locally established family company servicing customers throughout South East Queensland, Northern Rivers and beyond.
We have now been in operation on the Gold Coast for over 15 Years.

HOW WE WORK
On Site Visit
Once you have contacted us, we will arrange for one of our friendly sales team to come out to site to review the works to be done and your specifications.
A quotation will be supplied to you as soon as possible with all details clearly outlined to you.
Payment Conditions
A commencement fee will be required prior to us beginning works. The remaining balance will be payable on completion.
Larger project contract conditions may require progress payments.
For products where no installation is required, full payment will be required prior to collection or delivery.
We accept bank transfer, credit card, cash or cheque.
Project Time Frames
Our turnaround time varies according to the current workload and size of your project.
We will make it clear to you on approximate time frames when placing your order.
Installation
We clearly specify to you the day and time we will come to install your products, we do encourage you to be on premises on the day.
Acrux will complete all works to your full satisfaction.
We suggest that all products are not disturbed within 24 hours of completion to ensure all glues, cements and sealants are set correctly.
Warranty & Forms
We provide a 1 year warranty to all our customers on the manufacturing and installation of our products.
Form 15's & 16's will be issued out to relevant projects once final payments have been received.
Our Promise to You
Your property will be left in clean and tidy condition and we will ensure that no materials or dirty footprints are left behind and that no damage is caused by the works we undertake.
